I haven’t received this purchase - which was ordered 22/11/22. I checked with Royal Mail and they state that this parcel hasn’t been registered. I am very disappointed with this firm. I have emailed Mollie & Fred twice and have had no response. The money has came out of my account so they have been paid. Extremely disappointed as this was a present for my grandson.
