Item arrived damaged.
Took a while for them to reply after I left a message.
Initially returns information didn't arrive so I had to phone again.
Finally I found I had to print a returns label and as I don't have a printer I then had to find somewhere to do a photocopy before finally being able to return it. Just not worth the effort for a very busy person. All a very aggravating experience.
