“The product was everything I expected and wanted. Ordering my gifts couldn't of been easier and I was very impressed with the service I received from Mollie & Fred as I had accidentally selected a delivery option which would mean I wouldn't receive my order until after Christmas. The day after I placed my order I received an email asking if this was needed prior to Christmas and would I like to change my delivery option. As they were Christmas gifts I had ordered, I replied saying 'yes' and was pleased to receive my order the very next day. Fantastic, efficient service. I will definitely order from Mollie & Fred again.”

“Mollie & Fred is like an Aladdin's cave of gorgeous stuff, I love it! My first order arrived quickly, was well packaged and everything is exactly as described. The only downside for me is that I risk spending far too much money on things for myself, my friends and family...I have already bought presents for friends whose birthdays aren't until April!”

“I was contacted by the seller, informing me that one of the two items I ordered was not available, but only after the fulll amount was charged to my card for both items. I believe it's a common practice not to process the payment until the goods are despatched. The seller was very apologetic, promising to refund the transaction. After three days, I still had not received the refund. I contacted the seller, who apologised again, saying that the internet connection was disrupted when processing the refund and promised to refund immediately. This happened as promised and I received my refund. The seller was very helpful and prompt in responding and resolving the problem, but there was rather a lot of hassle and checking from my side to get my money back.”
