Argggh! I hate to write a bad review! Especially on a small business. I ordered a snow globe with a white Scottie dog in it for my niece's birthday. When it arrived I opened it to find the liquid in it was brown with dirty brown bits floating in it, you could hardly see the scene. I contacted Mollie and Fred and they were great, I explained it was for an upcoming birthday so I needed a replacement quickly and they immediately sent a new one out that they checked and it was all good but it just is not the same as the picture advertised! The advertised snow globe had a dog with three trees with birds in behind it! The one I got was the dog with one boring white tree behind him. Unfortunately, I had ran out of time now for my Niece's birthday and had to just give it to her. I know this had been checked before sending it to me as it was written on the package slip and they said they would because of the faulty one I received first. It's just very disappointing that I did not get the product that was advertised, even when the item was checked before delivery. Sorry Mollie and Fred but I was very disappointed ☹️

Good Morning Mandy, I hope you are well. Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry to hear that you received a faulty snow globe the first time round, I can also only apologise that you also received the incorrect globe when a replacement was sent out. Unfortunatley we have just found out that the image on our website was for the old design of this snow globe, the new snow globe design is just the one tree behind the dog. This means you did receive the correct design of the snow globe but our image was incorrect, I am really sorry about this and can only imagine how frustrating this must be. Hi Dylan, so sorry that you have not yet received your order. Unfortunately there are lots of Royal Mail strikes at the moment and we are experiencing delays due to this. I have tracked your parcel and it is still showing in delivery, not lost, so there should be no reason your item won't be delivered very shortly. Unfortunately we haven't received any message from yourself, could you check you definitely sent this to info@mollieandfred.co.uk. We pride ourselves on replying to customers within a 24 hour timeframe, usually within a few hours, so shocked to hear this. I haven’t received this purchase - which was ordered 22/11/22. I checked with Royal Mail and they state that this parcel hasn’t been registered. I am very disappointed with this firm. I have emailed Mollie & Fred twice and have had no response. The money has came out of my account so they have been paid. Extremely disappointed as this was a present for my grandson.

Very disappointed! Ordered a Magic Growing Snowman for Christmas for my son on the 5th December which has not been delivered!! Other items sent using the same service with Royal Mail from other websites ordered a lot nearer Christmas have arrived. No reply to my email sent last week and no luck when I have called. Have just sent another message. Unfortunately unlikely to order from this company again :o(

Good Morning, So sorry to hear your order didn't arrive in time, I can see this was delivered on the 30th December, I completely understand how very delayed this parcel was especially when dispatched on Monday 7th December. There were serious delays to post in December due to the increase in online shopping along with covid and some areas being effected more than others due to Royal Mail staff isolation in the sorting offices. I am sorry that your email wasn't replied to we were replying to all enquires within 24 hours and worked 7 day weeks so sorry about this, we were taking voicemails on our phones so just so sorry you weren't contacted. Ordered my item on the 7th December and still haven't received it. Supposedly due to delays on Royal Mail? However I have received other parcels (from different websites) ordered after the 7th. Really not happy.

Wow! I have never been fed so much rubbish when I phone every day for an update on my order which is coming up to two weeks now since ordering! Placed the order on a Sunday and got an immediate message saying despatched! Obviously not! I purchase things for all across Europe I have family in NZ and a small Xmas dish shouldn’t take this long! Be warned there is a reason they have a flashing message on the front page of the website saying orders despatched within 24 hours! What a terrible service never again!!!!

Packaging on item was damaged due to poor external wrapping. Basically a cardboard riled over and sellotaped at the end which resulted in the item being crushed. As it’s a present was not happy about this.
