“I placed an order and wanted to return it. I filled in a contact form to return the items as requested online but never heard anything back. Not very good service.”

“Was bought as a present. Colours not as vibrant as pictures, however, was a gift for a friend and she loved them. Service was very prompt and informative from start to end. But whoever delivered it left the goods under the rubberised front door mat as No-one was in and the plastic packaging was broken on one side. Too late to do anything about. They could have left it with a neighbour. I don't think any package should be left on the front door step.”
