“This tree topper is gorgeous, well made and was delivered safely and on time. It is quite a heavy ornament and you need a good sturdy tree for it to sit snuggly on top. Well worth the money and would be very happy to use this shop again. The delivery was delayed by postal strikes and not by the company.”

Hi Dylan, so sorry that you have not yet received your order. Unfortunately there are lots of Royal Mail strikes at the moment and we are experiencing delays due to this. I have tracked your parcel and it is still showing in delivery, not lost, so there should be no reason your item won't be delivered very shortly.
