“Wow! I have never been fed so much rubbish when I phone every day for an update on my order which is coming up to two weeks now since ordering! Placed the order on a Sunday and got an immediate message saying despatched! Obviously not! I purchase things for all across Europe I have family in NZ and a small Xmas dish shouldn’t take this long! Be warned there is a reason they have a flashing message on the front page of the website saying orders despatched within 24 hours! What a terrible service never again!!!!”

We have never experienced this situation before but we can ensure you that we dispatch all of our orders within 24 hours which is why you would have received the dispatch message. Once our parcels are handed over to Royal Mail we unfortunately have no control over them other than the tracking. We help all of our customers no matter their query it is just unfortunate that Royal Mail are experiencing huge delays due to the pandemic as well as the amount of parcels being processed over the Christmas period.
