“Item arrived damaged. Took a while for them to reply after I left a message. Initially returns information didn't arrive so I had to phone again. Finally I found I had to print a returns label and as I don't have a printer I then had to find somewhere to do a photocopy before finally being able to return it. Just not worth the effort for a very busy person. All a very aggravating experience.”

Hi, so sorry that your item arrived damaged and you had to contact us, this isn't something we would ever want to happen. I've looked into this further and can see that we replied to you within 1.5 hours so I can only apologise for the confusion here. Also regarding the having to print off the label, Royal Mail do offer a service where they can bring a shipping label to your door at no extra cost and we did explain this on the email, sorry that this wasn't able to be selected when booking your return.
